Update your bookmarks and web links - we’re changing
After we changed our name to ‘FirstSigns’ and bought the new domain of firstsigns.org.uk I wondered if we’d ever get our name back, and revert to the domain we’ve used for so many years.
Soon after I moved house - and my new postcode included the letters L and S. I secretly took this a sign that we were destined to revert to our original name, in time.
As we approach our tenth birthday, that time is here.
We have lots of changes to make, but you can already visit our main website at www.lifesigns.org.uk now, and we’ll update our logo and everything as soon as we can.
If your website or blog links to FirstSigns, please update the name to LifeSIGNS and update the link to http://www.lifesigns.org.uk
And yes, we spell LifeSIGNS with all those capitals as it’s an acronym - Self-Injury Guidance & Network Support. I named out voluntary organisation when our founded it in 2002.
